-1 class 5, 15000 prim sim and 1 homestead (homestead has grandfathered tier).
-I will pay transfer fees for both
-Sims must be moved elsewhere on the grid (moving and renaming covered by transfer fees)
-Full prim sim's tier is due the 4th of every month. Homestead's tier is due the 29th of every month.
-Selling both together for $1000.00 USD -(you are basically getting a free grandfathered homestead with the sale of the full prim sim.)
