Two sims priced for immediate sale. Both have tier paid up through January 24th, 2009. The price for both regions is $900USD which includes full transfer fees. Regions are being sold as a pair and will not be split up. When you take away the transfer fees you are getting two island for $350/ea. Quite a bargain when you consider what others want for just one sim.
One region is full prim estate (15,000 prims) and the other is a Homestead sim (3750 prims). If you have not bought private estates before please understand the process. The transfer is done through the LL support system and will involve your paying via your payment method on file with LL.
