It is a sad time as I announce the sale of my final sim, Wayland. An out of control train wreck, the land will be cleared and sold to whoever is interested.
Wayland has a very long history and I'd appreciate no ugly "250" bids. Those who are lucky enough to be left standing in these times do not need to reduce themselves to such ridiculous depths. You can buy a sim for a reasonable sum or you can buy one from the next unlucky sucker to bite the bullet.
The transfer fee of 100$ is of course paid by myself, so please bare that in mind while bidding. In other words, you bid 300$, I actually get 200$. Please be respectful and courteous, it might be you next time.
The tier of 300$ USD was most recently paid Jan 11, 2010 and will be due at the regularly scheduled collection. Mostly every 30 days, it is important to verify this with the Lindons, as all sales are final.
