This is the lowest price available for a mainland region. Others are asking in the neighborhood of L$5-7/sm. It is an easy flip for someone who knows what they are doing and if you are not sure how to flip land, it is easy to learn.
Yesterday was my 5th anniversary in SL. Help me celebrate the start of my 6th year by picking up this beautiful region. You will be hard pressed to find a better price on a mainland region.

NOTES for those of you new to buying real estate:
1. This is a mainland sim. It does not have estate controls. You keep it, sell it, or sell pieces of it to others and they pay tier to LL and can do pretty much what they want with it so long as they stay within the T&C's of SL.
2. The tradeoff in your benefit is that if you keep it, the overall tier you pay is a hundred dollars less per month then if you have a private region. This is a BARGAIN if you just want space for yourself.
