I recently purchased some land from Dreamland ACS a couple of days ago but unfortunately I have to sell it (before tier is due tomorrow) because of RL reasons. It's an Oceanfront parcel, 2048 sq. m. and supports 468 prims. I paid $4k L but would be more than willing to sell it for much less if anyone wants to come take a look! The tier is $3240 per month and would be due tomorrow.

I will also provide a free house and some other fun things (like a boat!) if anyone would like them! There is quite a bit of water in the area and I've had a blast boating around. I wish I could stay. :(
