Does anyone have any interest in renting a 8192m lot on the mainland for 50usd a month?
There would be nothing for you to buy and, of course, since it would be mainland there would be NO Covenant.
I would need 2 1/2 months rent to start and then month to month. The 1/2 month would be a security deposit and refundable when you moved as long as you gave 2 weeks notice. I would also make the land for sale to you and you could buy it at any time if you wished to do so.
I have several rental properties, however none this large, but would like to expand if there is any interest.
We can discuss which property and I can buy almost any propery for you to rent as long as I feel it is priced reasonably for the area.
