Upon rental, the sim will remain in its current location, but will no longer be connected to Lalique, making it truly a private sim, with unfettered ocean views and no neighbors, giving complete privacy. Renter will have full land management rights, and the option to change the sim name upon payment of the fee for such. The rental price is negotiable, but will go no lower than $200 USD/mo or equivalent $L per month. Other aspects of rental agreement can be discussed.
