All Islands are located near Solace Beach, a busy commercial sim with shopping, a club, and activities such as fishing and surfing. Solace Beach features an underwater treasure hunt (very popular with newbies), shopping area, pirate village, and enormous amusement park - all of which you can use to hold YOUR events if you rent from us. You will benefit tremendously from the many people who visit the continent already, yet also have a friendly, low-lag community.
Please read our covenant, and feel free to contact Ayesha Lytton, estate owner, with any questions (or any of the Estate Managers who are shown online at the boards at the Rental Office. We pride ourselves on good customer service, and helping others whenever we can.
To rent a parcel, please Buy the land. The sale price is a small deposit, refundable upon moving out when you follow our move-out instructions (see Covenant). After purchase, pay the rental box immediately to avoid having land reclaimed.
