I purchased a full sim in July of this year, but unfortunately both of my business partners have bailed out, and I've been unable to find anyone else to help cover tier. I have decided it's just not worth the money to try to do this by myself, since I really don't have RL time to devote to a "second job" heh, that I'm paying for and not profiting from.

Price: $890 USD, including rent all the way through Dec. 16th, rename, move, and transfer. Bear in mind that in the case of most sims which are pricing themselves cheaper than this, it does not include a full month of rent. So really I'm selling it for $485 plus $295 for one month of rent and $100 for the transfer fee. That's a great deal for a full Class V sim! You save over 10% off LL's normal rate.
Tier is due on the 16th of every month, so it has about a week left on this month. LL says about 5-7 days on the transfer queue, so you could even get a few free days if you act quickly.
