I have been approached by a few buyers to purchase my residential development Lakeivew Estates. Terms:
1. All existing ownership and rental terms must be respected and agreed to in writing.
2. No transfer of land will occur until funds are paid to me in Linden$.
3. I will not sell the regions one at a time, though what you do with them after the sale is your business with the exception of the first term.

If you think I am trying to rip you off or run away with your money without transferring the land, again, do not IM me. If you want a personal reference, I know many well known business owners in SL that can verify my integrity. I have been an SL resident and business owner for over 2 years, running the prefab home business of Home Sweet Homes, from the region of the same name for most of that period and continue to provide service to the thousands of customers I have worked with over that time.
