Did you know there's a blue moon this month? That's the term meaning two full moons appear in the same month, and as you can imagine it doesn't happen very often!
Now you can rent a quarter or half of a sim on the Blue Moon region, next to established business, Fnordian Furniture.
Two 1/4 sim parcels available (one next to our store and one next to the giant hedge maze) or rent the full half sim for lots of prims and space.
And if you would like to use the ground as well, you'll have full terraforming rights and privacy (the ground level is completely unused at this time).
3749 prims per quarter region (one prim reserved for platform at store level)
7498 total prims for half a region.
L$6250/week or L$25000/month for 1/4 region (that's only L$1.5 per square meter per month)
or L$11500/week or L$46000/month for 1/2 region.
(If paying by PayPal, monthly rate is $95 for 1/4 and $175 for 1/2 region).
