This is a very peaceful ocean sim - only 4 homes maximum for the whole sim. You will have owner rights on a gorgeous island complete with prim trees and home which you can return if you prefer to buy your own
Two quarter sim parcels can be merged if you prefer a half sim.500L for a 1/4 sim at CC Isles Tavewa: 937 prims and 8550L per month tier.
