First up, the difference between commerce and commercial is that no clubs are allowed on our commerce sims whereas they are welcome on the commercial. This is to keep lag lower for shops, offices, malls, apartment rentals and other businesses on our commerce sims.

Because all our parcels on commerce are double prim, a 1024sqm has 468 prims!!!! We have just 5 of these remaining!
