NEED to sell Land, CHEAP!

I bought land two weeks ago and rl came up, so needless to say I need to sell this. I paid 35k ( about 130.00) for it and am selling it for 22k(About 80.00). The land is 5104 sq m and has 1168 prims. I really need to sell because I cannot really afford the teir. So please message me asap. It is waterfront as well and not on mainland.
