Parcels range in size from 4096 meters to a quarter of a sim, with plenty of open water for beautiful views. Rent is available on a weekly or monthly basis, with a 10% discount for paying monthly. Rental prices are as follows:
4096 meters, 937 prims: L$1800 per week, 6840 per month.
8192 meters, 1875 prims: L$3400 per week, 13260 per month.
16384 meters, 3750 prims: L$6800 per week, 26520 per month.
