This property has been my home for well over a year and I've loved it. Unfortunately I'm too busy to be there much so it's not longer reasonable for me to keep it.

There is a lot of protected land on this sim which means you don't have many neighbors.

7360 sqm - 3369 Prims (Double Prims!)

Sale Price - L$60,000

Tier - Weekly payment is around $17.75 USD which is about L$4611 currently according to market value (the USD payment stays the same, only the L$ fluctuates according to market value)

I've had some people say this was expensive but keep in mind this land has *double* the amount of prims as a normal plot of land.
