I'm looking to purchase half a sim (some where around 32k sqm). I basically want all rights to my land, therefore no covenant or at least not a lengthly strict one. Teir is desired to be somewhere around the set price of lindens (125 USD per month). So please don't IM me if you are wanting to charge $250 a month, in that case I'd just buy an island
