Dubbs is Duke's residental sim with low lag and queit neighbors. Perfect for your home.
Bolton is a commercial that allows residents.
Duke Gets wonderful customer service. Ask anyone on either island they will tell you.
Duke rents some skyboxes, and houses also.
Look for either Dubbs island or Bolton and look about.
