My partner and I have just placed 10 very nice apartments, including a deluxe penthouse in Babylonia Isle
The pricing structure is as follows:
9 apartments at L$800 per week with 200 prims
1 penthouse apartment at L$1600 per week with 400 prims
The minimum rental to start is two weeks, with a maximum set at 8 weeks.
The apartments themselves are already up and ready to go.
Landscaping will be started and hopefully ended within 2 days time.

The sim is quiet OpenSpace Sim across from a Mixed Residential/Commercial set of Sims
