I would like to offer for sale the rental rights to 2 x 1024m adjacent plots in Caledon Cape Wrath.

The sim is hubless (direct teleport), so perfect for shopkeepers or those who wish to invite people directly to their land in this small seaside village. As one of the northernmost sims in Caledon, Cape Wrath enjoys views across the sound to Winterfell.

Each parcel is 1024m2 with a 468 prim allowance. The lots are double prim, meaning that there are twice as many prims than would otherwise be available for a lot of that size.

The land itself may be modified according to private estate limitations (+/-100 m), and built upon within the terms of the covenant for this Victorian Steampunk themed region.

Tier is L$950/week per parcel, paid to Desmond Shang via the parcel meter.

Price is L$5,000 per parcel, or L$8,000 for both, to include any days left on the parcel meters.

According to the covenant, the land itself cannot be set to sale, so payment should be made to the current land holder and the transfer completed by Desmond Shang, the Estate owner. He can alternatively act as proxy and take the funds for appropriate transfer.
