Hello everyone,

I'm opening a new sim soon and offering reservations on my 6 4096m2 plots pre-sim launch. I offer 1200prim and 1225prim plots all water-front. With enough interest, an Open Space may be included for residents use only. No premium membership required to purchase this land!

The other half sim holds a 24/7 nightclub and an open shopping mall with some of the top names of SL clothing and fashion such as SINTIMACY, Alyssa Bijoux, and Naughty -n- Nice. The residential side will be as a gated community, so no fear of shoppers or club go'ers wandering into your land. Around the clock support from Estate Managers should you need assistance.
