There is a one time set up fee of $L100. Only three other homes are located on the sim. Plenty of space so that your privacy is assured.

The Arboretum contains numerous landscaped sims, all connected for your recreational needs. No laggy malls or clubs, only tastefully built and landscaped residences. As this is a private estate, a premium membership is not a requirement for residency. Please read the covenant prior to renting.

Currently a custom Tiki home with gazebo and dock are located on the parcel. You may use this, or substitute your own builds. Contact a Ninjaland customer service representative for assistance.
