I need to purchase a Full Sim - Full Transfer

I have need to purchase a class 5 SIM that is full transfer. I am not interested in a open space or HOMESTEAD.

I am not into buying and selling SL real estate but I do know enough not to be a fool..


I have a need for a SIM and if you no longer want yours or cant deal with the tier, lets talk.

I have an existing business that I need to expand and this is the logical way for me to control the environment around it.

Please send me pricing and when tier is due in game.
