Well, it seems we've reached the point where it's time to get our own sim within the next few months. We could go right to the land store and get something, but since there is a little time before we hit critical mass and absolutely have to move, we thought we'd look around a bit for someone who might have some "dead wood" sitting around.
If you have a money pit sim that you want to unload, give me a shout. Maybe we can save a few bucks on the setup fee and you can get some of your losses covered if we pay you some dough instead of giving the $1000 to the land store.
