I'm looking for land to rent where I can establish a skybox business office. I'm thinking I need no more than about 400 prims. I currently have an office in a bldg with only 100, and it's definitely inadequate. I'm not establishing a store at this point, just an office to act as a RL extension of my RL business. I definately do not need a residential location, because I can't actually sleep there so I find it pointless.
So far I've found a 3072m2 lot (703 prims) that requires a down payment of around $25.00USD plus $18USD/month tier.
I would like parcel rights so that I can set my music/video streams and use the web on a prim functionality.
My preference is low lag private area, without sex shops and/or tasteless builds that might not be conducive to a professional environment.
