I have two sims on the block and you can have both or just the full prim sim.

-- Both have tier dates of 1/24/09 and are not currently occupied.

-- First one is a full prim Class V sim.

-- Second one is a Homestead Class V sim.

PRICING -- Take both for $800USD or just the full prim sim for $700USD.

- I pay for the transfer.
