Full 65536sqm/15000 prims For sale. The Sweetest Sin stands on it now.. This sim will be ready for you on 9/24/2009 and the first months tier is not due until 10/10. I am paying the current tier as of 9/10/2009 and it allows me 2 weeks to let me mall renters know and move my things to the new location :) If you would like to keep the mall please let me know as well. This is an established mall/store sim for the 1.5 years.


Price I am asking is $600usd and that includes transfer fee. This is a Class 5 Sim, and the monthly tier is $295. The mall tenants I have there currently cover the whole tier, but due to RL situations and me not in SL as much I must let this go.
