cheapest Qtr sim around!, 16384 sq meters for only 155640! bargain, thats only 9.5L per sq meter. flat rocky area, pefect for a sky build, for shops, how about some caves! lots of options, only 2 quite neighbors. 3,750 Prims could be all yours. On a newer class 5 sim with quite a bit of traffic. This price is as low as i can go and i'm loosing money on this for a quicker sale. please don't make me pay tier for another month on land i'm not useing :(
