So you want an OpenSim but rather not pay for the land as you feel you're renting because of tiers right.

My deal is if you pay me the tiers 6 months in advance now and in return you will get the sim FREE plus you can even choose the island name that you want.

But the good thing is you pay only 25000L a month in tiers x 6.

This way you benefit as you get low tiers and I get someone that is serious about staying on the sim long term.
