So i decide to sale my land without house at the price i bought , 7000LS, or with the house, 8000LS .
I know i will own nothing like that but i have the opportunity to buy an other land and i don't want to increase my linden fee ...
For information, the other land near mine is saled 15000LS for 880sqm !!!
You have like that the opportunity to own 1024 sqm in ML front sea for 11000 min at 13000 max LS and can easily resale it for 18000 (if you put the same price as the other neighbour)

Pour les ppl français, je baisse le prix de ma vente au prix d'achat initial du terrain soit 7000LS ou 8000LS avec la maison dessus car mon voisin immédiat me propose de racheter son terrain de 512sqm au prix de 4000Ls...Vous pouvez ainsi posséder en joignant les 2 terrains un terrain de 1024sqm pour le prix min de 11000 et max de 13000 . Pour info, mon autre voisin immédiat vend son 880sqm à 15000LS!!!
