I have two choice mature mainland sims plus a connecting lot for sale. They are located around a protected LL water sim and are joined by a triangular lot connecting the two. As such the entire coastline is continuous and complete. These sims are relatively flat and have both a LL waterway and road through them. They were developed for residential projects. Great views... Wonderful sims for the mainland. Great sims for either residential or commercial projects.
The sims are Tischeriidae, Immidae, and Peach. They are still configured as residential properties with rentals on them. My group listing says there are 126,694 sq.m. The protected LL water sim they surround is Thyatira. The monthly tier for these sims is the two tier bracket of $390.00. More combined prims than a private estate for only $90.00 more a month.
I have owned these sims since 2006. They were great sims for rentals and my corporate office. Please stop by and take a look. I will entertain any realistic offer.
