I am looking to rent a small parcel of land. It must have at least 500prims available. I looking for a private estate as I want land ownership rights such as , stream, setting land to group and the ability to ban/allow build/make fly zone. I plan on setting up a skybox for private use, thus the topography of the region does not matter. I would like this to be on a mature parcel, but that isn't terribly necessary.
