Whether it's sailing, jet-skiing, or speed-boating, there's plenty of room to take out your favorite watercraft. Low prim ocean sims are also available for purchase in one half or full sim. If you want a bit more room to spread out, and are not a prim-hog, an ocean sim may be for you! Explore the waters of CZ Estate at your leisure. They're open and available for public use!

These marinas and yacht clubs are exclusive for use by the residents of these three sims. Located centrally for community accessibility, the docks are provided for your boat storage free of charge. Now you can enjoy your watercraft and not use the prims on your own parcel!
Vessels must be 35 prims or fewer (this does not count against your land prim total). The vessel must be designed specifically for water voyages. Tall masts on ships are fine with the approval of management. Sails must be down when docked and the mast must be phantom so it does not detract from flying objects/avis. There are no reserved spaces. You may not block-in another vessel. The vessel must be owned by you or a member of your household that is in the CZESTATE group. Any violations will cause your vessel to be returned. Repeated violations are cause for banning from the dock area.
Day Spa

The trickle of the mosaic fountain welcomes you to the day spa at Ekolu Kupu. This lush environment is guaranteed to wash your stress away. Spend some time in the hot tub, or bask in luxury with a massage. The light-therapy session in the sauna is something you should not miss. Unwind in lounge chairs around the island, and listen to the birds sing. There is a dock conveniently located outside to tie your boat, should you choose to sail toward relaxation.
Scuba Diving

Strap on your scuba gear, or snorkle, and take a dip in the Kohola atoll. Jump off the wooden dock into the deep blue and explore the many fish, coral and plants that are hiding under the water. Sea turtles and dolphins play in the currents. Be wary of the underwater shipwreck, there have been reports of sharks and stingrays, and keep an eye out for mermaids, rumor has it, they've discovered the reef. When you've tired of the underwater view, hop back up on the sun bleached dock, pour yourself a glass of rum, and sit back and doze off to the sound of the waves and island birds.
Volcano Beach

Olai was pushed up from the ocean depths by a massive underwater earthquake. Molten lava created hills and valleys that are now fertile and filled with flora of all types. The volcano itself is still active and can be seen on the northwest side of the islands. The lava flow from the crater spills over the top to cooling in a burst of steam when it meets the lake. The dance pavilion and bar awaits a romantic evening, and the beach cabana welcomes a lazy afternoon of lounging. Don't miss the trail that winds around the volcano, and don't forget to cool off in the shower house after your hike. Beach towels are available outside the shower.

Looking for a little place to sneak away? How about some place new to explore or take your guests? Hana Mai includes a hot tub, pool and in-pool bar, as well as a teak pavilion full of seating and a fire to keep you toasty on those rare chilly island evenings. Cesta Akua has a small, zen-like island with a relaxing hammock where tiki lights cast a warm glow across the sand in the evening. Breezes blow through the palm fronds above you as you meditate atop the small plateau looking over the ocean.

Our commercial sims have gotten off to a great start! On Kau Lei, we are lucky enough to have the popular Galland Homes. You'll also find Cesta's little shop, CZ Island Designs, on the west side. She offers the island terrain .raw files to other private estate owners, and sells coral emitters, furniture and other random creations. Kuai Nui has a couple of hot night spots for the party animal in you, in addition to some wonderful shopping opportunities. Everything from interior design and couture clothing to landscaping and outdoor features.
