You always want more prims than the ones you can have? Look no more. The land has a 2.0 bonus factor, so you can have up to 8864 prims!!!
You like the idea of having a beach island but you don't want to pay for the water surrounding it? Look no more. The 19376 square meters parcel is almost all land mass. The island is surrounded by protected water and can't be bought by anyone, so that you can use it to sail or water sports!!!
You would like to live in a sim with a lot of privacy and few - and nice - neighbours? Look no more. There are only 6 lands in this sim, this one being the bigger one!!! And all the neighbours respect privacy.
You would like to live in a sim exclusively residential? Look no more. Only residential is allowed!!!
Well, and all this would cost a fortune, right? Wrong! The sim owners have a system of flexible tier. So, you set the tier. The more prims you have in the property, the more you pay. So, if you are a prim saver, you can a have premium location for a basic tier!!! Really, look no more.
There aren't bizarre convenants neither rental-agreements-disguised-as-purchases, the land is YOURS. You can control all the About Land tab, including streaming media, radio, changing the name of the land, banning residents, controlling what other residents are allowed to do and so on. Yeap, look no more.
So, what's the catch? No catch. I loved to live there, it's one of those places hard to find and I was there for 9 months, but I recently partnered and my partner isn't crazy about the idea of living in a beach (she did that real life, so has other plans for her second life LOL), so it's time to move on.
And last but not least, I have to sell this land quickly to down-tier before the next payment. So, my loss can be your gain.
