WHAT DO I GET?

As an openspace tenant, you will have estate manager rights for your openspace island. What does that mean? As close to ownership as possible - setting the sun/moon position, terraforming, access control rights for the entire island. Your island parcels will not have to be part of the Cristalle Properties group and you can build to your heart's desire, within the SL Terms of Service.

Clubs will not be tolerated, for performance purposes. Any other conduct is subject to the SL Terms of Service and Community Standards. Violations of the Terms of Service on the property (e.g., sexual ageplay) will result in forfeiture of your security deposit and termination of your lease.

You will also have the use of the hippoSECURE security system if you so desire. I will install as many boxes as needed to provide the level of security desired, as they can be networked to share access lists.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

If you want your own, you must pay a security deposit - $250.00 USD (Linden Lab's setup fee to me, no extra charge on top of that), which is refundable at the end of your lease. The monthly tier for the openspace sim is $90 USD. In L, the security deposit is 66,000L and the monthly fee is 24,000L.
