My class 4 sim is for sale. Monthly tier is 195 USD/month. I also have an open space, which is rented by a friend. (The two sims are not connected.) He pays 90 USD/month. So you will pay 180 USD/month to the lindens.
Selling price of the sim is 1500 USD, plus 250 for the open space, plus the transfer-fee (100 USD).
You can also rent the sim for 100 000 lindens/month.
