The name of the island on which the land is on is called Isle of Genesis. It has a lovely name to it .
Alas I have moved to a void sim of my own now, so I won't be needing this land anymore. I had good business here making over 100K in sales my first month opening and I'm just a small time store.
The sim is for commercial use. The neighbors are unbelievably quiet and nice. There is no greifing at all on this sim from my near 2 year stay there. It has a sort of beachy look to it and I'm right on the border of the sim with no sim connected to it, so I have a niiiice ocean view.
I bought the plot of land for 15k and I'm going to sell it for 15k. Not trying to make a profit out of it. Just need to get rid of it fast so I don't keep paying tier for it
When you buy the land you will pay Tier to Fantasyland for only 1365 a week which is 5460L a month. You can pay in any increment you want I believe...pay weekly..monthly. Bi weekly etc..
You get 761 prims alloted for this land.
Oh and my land is perfectly squared I know some people like to know what shape the land is. It even has a little dock encompassing 2 sides of it. It's very nice looking.
