Looking at selling my class 5 sim (Just delivered last week)
Here is the Sale deal I am offering:
-2 months non-refundable land tier up front - $295x2=$590 US up front
-In 4 weeks, a balloon payment of $1675 US - basically financing the sim for 4 weeks
Buyer pays the transfer fees and agrees to move the sim and rename it.
