Well , it s not a simple skybox , it s a wondeful Maroccain styled house built by the famous designer in SL , Satin de Cuir ; a house L$3900 worth it plus an outstanding swimming pool 16x16.
On a platform 64x32 ( 2048 sqm ) , above in the sky on an individual parcel in my Cleopatra Oasis Mall .
Ground and fence textures can be changed , your taste.....House , palm trees , swimming pool and fences are over 150 prims , but you wont pay for these prims , you will pay L$3 / per prim used and needed / week . For example , if you need 150 prims L$450/week , if you need 200 prims , L$600/week , if you need 250 prims , L$750/week and so on .
Houses are separated 200 meters , so privacy is secured and 0 lag , cause you live high.
Apart all this , on the ground there s a wonderful oasis common area ...a pond , benches , palm trees , plants , flowers .....and even the Ali Baba cave !!! a very relaxing place.
It s not a simple skybox , it something more......for sure.
