We have lots available at Concordia Discorse for rental, please stop by and take a look around, if you dont see a plot you want but like the place and need a bigger/different space, let me know so we can work something out.
Some lots have houses, some dont, all areas well landscaped. The island is pretty quite and definitely secluded in the middle of nowhere. There are rental boxes on the available lots with notecards explaining the process. We dont ask for any monies other than paying the box, this is strictly a rental situation and your rent will never change as long you stay.
The going rate is 3.25L per prim and we offer lots of 400 and 800 prims. We don't have many rules and there isnt a covenant, but I do take keeping the peace very seriously, not that we have ever had any issues regarding it - as I said we are pretty well secluded. This is listed as mature sim, so please stay within the TOS regarding the rating - this doesn't mean you are going to encounter anything mature, its just listed that way because of one of the island partners store. Yes there is one store on the island, sectioned off on its own little island that looks like a large castle.
Anyway if you interested go take a look, some people seem to think its a pretty nice environment and if you have ever rented from me before on the mainland you know I do everything I can to keep tenants happy.
