i own a sim but i couldn't possibly inhabit the whole thing. i'm looking for a few tenants who want a quiet residential/workshop sim to either live their second life or to create their next master piece.
the sim has been given a nice tropical terraforming. sim name is "invisible sun."
the rent is 8000 L$/month for 4096 sq.m.
no clubs, malls, casinos, age players etc please.
already have 4 tenants. only looking for 3-4 more.
