Mythland Residential Rules and Regulations:
*Please do not place any large objects outside of your home that will either obstruct your neighbor's view or create an eyesore to the community.
*Mythland is a themed residential area, please ensure that any object placement outside the home goes along with the general theme of the area. If you have questions regarding a particular object, please contact Mithik Vavoom and he will either approve or disprove of the object.
*Mythland believes in tolerance of all people, please be courteous to your neighbors. Harrasement of a neighbor will not be tolerated and will result in termination of lease without refund. Harrasement includes and is not limited to verbal abuse, push object use, shooting, griefing etc.
*Rent is due every week, please pay the rental system to renew your lease. A 1 week minimum rental period does apply. Myth Realty is happy to relocate a current tenant from their current location if they would like to move to another available property without any charge. If a tenat wishes to break their lease, we are happy to do so, you may simple click the rental box and click refund. Refunds will only be allowed if there are at least 6 days left on you rental agreement. A 15% early termination will be assessed for all refunds issued.
*There will be no use of the red NO ENTRY ALLOWED, so all residents are highly encouranged to place a security system on their homes.
*Please contact Mithik Vavoom upon paying your lease so that you can obtain the access code for the features of your homes such as locking doors and lights on/off.
