Available immediately, three roadside plots and one corner plot on the VLS Estate SIM (not mainland).
Each plot is 3600m2 (60 meters by 60 meters) and supports 823 prims. Rental is 7000L$ per month with the first month due immediately (within 1 hour or land purchase) to the rental box near the plot (see plot description for appropriate rental box location).
VLS is a commercial Class 5 sim, although anyone wanting to rent for residential purposes are welcome to. We have a reasonable covenant designed to ensure the happiness of renters and are happy to clarify any questions you may have.
Full land permissions for the plot are included as a standard part of the rental, you may terraform etc as you like as long as you stay within the terms of the covenant.
Please note, VLS does not allow Clubs, Game parlours (Zyngo etc) or any establishment that may fall under the new adult zone rules.

Plots 2, 3 and 4 may be joined together in any combination if required (the footpaths between plots will be included at no extra cost) and a discount may be available for taking multiple plots.
