Renting Homestead sims for US$75.00 (instead of US$95 with Linden Labs). Come July 2009 the tier will go up to US$100 (instead of US$125 with Linden Labs).
What's the catch? We ask that you put your build at a predetermined height and leave the ground level open, public water. We will provide you with a megaprim to build on. You get to keep all 3750 prims. You will have permission to change various attributes of the land through the About Land window.
In return for the public waterway, we will cover the difference in tier with the Linden Labs.
Please, no clubs or malls. Residential and light commerce only. No subdivide or sublease.
