These are rentals, not land purchases. You are paying to live in the skybox and control media for the parcel. The island itself is to remain open to all.
Skybox rentals are L$ 350 per week and come with the ability to use 100 prims. Landscaping on the island below may not be moved. You must click “buy land” (L$ 1) to set the land to you for your use. Once you have done so, please pay the rent at the Welcome Center. You have control over media, but you may not terraform the island below.
25 additional prims may be purchased for L$ 75 per week (for a total of L$ 425 per week). 50 additional prims may be purchased for L$ 150 per week (for a total of L$ 500 per week for the skybox rental). Please contact Alida Tomsen if you are interested in either of these options.
Rental properties cannot be resold, no items may be removed from the parcel without permission from the owner or a manager of Nelhuayotl Realty. Chicahuac Island is a Class V sim.
