Full Estate Manager rights
Regent Estates does not set the limits on the homesteads, you can use them as you wish. The only limits that are placed, are placed by Linden Labs
LL limits are as follows:
Land Size : 65,536 square meters
Prims: 3750 – No, you cannot attach a sim next door to get more prims, the limit for the sim is 3750 prims, period. No matter what you do, the TOTAL limit is 3750 prims.
Avatars: 20 avatars only – nothing you are I do will allow more than 20 avatars
Adding Estate Managers – LL only allows the owner of record to add EMs to the sim, in the case of Regent estates that is Melody Regent only.
LL charges me to rename a sim, that cost is passed on to the customer.
LL charges me to move a sim, that cost is past on to the customer.
There are only 10 Estate managers allowed to be added to the sim. Regent Estates will add up to four for the customer. The rest are for staff so that if anyone needs help at anytime, the staff can take care of it.
