We do custom work and are willing to rent OR sell parcels in our SIM. So far we've been renting mainly to builders wanting large plots of land to build. We welcome almost any project and will do custom plots of almost any size. SIM is themed somewhat fantasy but has options for other types of themes as well. There is a 2400 prim sandbox for resident use-private, low-lag, SIM reset if needed. Old RPers who burned out on SL and now build, script and generally have a good time. Privacy screens available.

SIM is called New Albion-sandbox on mountain top if you want to see it. There is shop space currently available for you to sell your stuff if you rent or buy from us.
Rent is 3.5L a prim if you pay by the week, drops to 3L a prim if you pay a month in advance. Plots are renting out though so drop by sooner rather than later.
