Tier comes out on the 19th so sale may be delayed to after that, unless its needed fast
Plz send offers (you save 400 through the end of the year and on initial cost, I pay the transfer fee of 100 as well as a loss through paypal)
I have references of selling 2 other sims with no issues, and a Linden that can vouch (oh boy! LOL) Email will be sent after paypal goes through. Feel free to look at my profile for age and ask for reference by another well established SLer and Linden who helped us with the transfer.
If someone is looking for a sim faster, an arrangement might be worked out. If I reply to your offer with a No, plz be respectful and accept that.
