Parcels available for businesses and for residences

Residential only parcels are in Luxury sim (two) and in Serene sim (seven). Both of these sims prohibit the operation of clubs, malls and other businesses. Both have extremely minimal to no lag, and no eyesores at all. One of the parcels in Luxury is 2048 square meters and by the ocean.

Business parcels are only in Rhein Tal (six/sechs) at this moment. Please note that Rhein Tal is only for residents of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein.
