I have a class 5 sim available for sale and full transfer. The Sim is empty, no existing buildings, no renters and no other land owners, it is one parcel in my name.
Tier date is the 19st of the month.
The Sim is for sale for $500.00 USD, the $100.00 transfer fee will be paid by me. The Lindens will move it and change the name to what you want for this fee I am paying.
